TfL’s marketing emails were bland, formulaic and very copy heavy. I was briefed to fully redesign their emails which are sent to 2.5m people bi-weekly. 

  • Creation of modules to allow information to be presented in engaging and bite-sized chunks
  • Provide suggested copy length for each module
  • Explore ways of using personalised data to increase engagement and relevance
  • Explore the use of immersive email tech to increase engagement
  • Suggestions for bespoke and solus builds
